Science argues that our different areas of our bodies have different fat burning capability. in a simpler language, the amount of energy and time needed to burn some lower belly fat is almost twice or thrice that needed to burn upper belly fat.

why this is so is because, the lower belly has less of blood supply than the upper part, the less the blood supply in an area, the harder it is to oxidize and eliminate fat cells.

bearing this in mind, one need to be patient, consistent and understanding of how the lower fat belly loss works so as not to feel frustrated or easily give up with your fitness routine.

  • Peppers especially the cayenne pepper

it's important to use the above foods in their natural state. avoid the powdered or the processed ones in order to take advantage of the wholesome nutrients present in natural foods.
