3 Incredibly Useful Exercises That Help Get Rid off Lower Belly



Back in 2012 I was over 70 kgs (normally I'm small in size) my normal weight is usually between 52-56 kgs.
I had a saggy lower belly that could not go away with every remedy that I tried.

  • I did press-ups
  • Tied the tummy
  • Took loads of water...

But the tummy didn't go away.

However, after a period of time one year precisely, I found out a program which I followed to the latter. I cut my belly fat by day 21.
I combined a diet plan with the exercises and it worked like charm

Here is the exercise regimen that I recommend for everyone looking to RID lower belly fat. It's a 30 day program which is easy to follow, the results will motivate you more and you will find it easy to follow.

The program comprise of a set of just 3 exercises, namely;

  1. Rope skipping
  2. Plunks
  3. Crunches

Note

In order to realize best results, it's advisable to observe a good diet. A good diet will help aid in fat oxidation and removal.

  • Increase the amount of vegetables and 
  • Take at least 1.5 liters of water each day.
  • Limit the dairy products like milk, 
  • Avoid fatty foods like fries and 
  • Take more of plant proteins.
  • Also limit the amount of salt intake as well as sugar intake.
