How To Get Rid Of Forehead Acne Very fast Using Natural Methods
Everyone is conscious about their self image and that's why having acne is one of the worst phenomenon you can find yourself in.
Most women who get acne, 70%, experience them around their foreheads. This area is one of the oiliest and is prone to frequent acne breakouts.
Other people get acne along the nasal area which is also quite oily.
However, most acne breakouts are attributed to a hormonal sequel, especially among the women.
For example; I used to get acne on my forehead around my mid cycle period... meaning that the hormone estrogen when high, I break out.
Other people it's towards the end of their cycle, meaning the hormone progesterone is responsible for the acne breakout.
There are other people who get acne throughout the cycle. This could be for other reasons such as;
- Using the wrong products for their skins
- Not cleaning their skins effectively thereby encouraging pore clogging and bacterial growth which causes the acne
- Or imbalanced hormones at all times.
It's important to note what triggers your acne so that you can know how best to deal with it.
For the cycle triggered type of acne, I found out that, cleaning my face with products containing alpha hydroxyl acids mostly found in plenty in green teas, used to prevent a breakout even when one of my hormone is high.
This alpha hydroxyl acid can also be found plenty in apple cedar vinegar, the raw one. (brown in colour).
- Dilute a small amount and rub it on your face gently using a cotton swab.
- Apple cedar vinegar apart from helping clear acne, also cleanses the face by removing dead skin, reduces age spots, wrinkles and keeps your skin looking supple, silky and youthful.
Use these products for at least twice a day for about 6 weeks or make it a routine.
Research has also proved that, salicylic acids (aspirin) contains anti-acne properties. It's best made as a face mask.
- Take a few tablets and crush them, add some water and make a paste.
- Apply to the area with acne and let it stay for up to 30 minutes.
Other Special Remedies That Have Worked;
- Using honey and milk mask;
Mix the two, then apply to your face.
Let it stand for about 30 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
You can also add turmeric powder. Turmeric is great for giving that clear skin. It helps remove blemishes and keep your skin looking silky and gorgeous.
However, turmeric is not for everyone.
I have a combined skin and using turmeric caused my skin to be rough. So it's best to try it out first.
Remember to maintain the usual skin care routines;
- Cleanse your face at least twice daily
- Moisturize daily
- Remove dead skin weekly
- Apply face mask twice or once weekly
- Steam at least weekly
- Use products that favor your skin and avoid those with drying effects such as alcohol.
- Do a facial at least every fortnight.
- Remember to take lots of veggies and fruits and keep hydrated every day.
Note;
Beauty starts from the inside. You have to feed your body with nourishing foods so that your skin can also grow and glow at the same time.
