Here Is What You Should Do To Stop Worrying About Anything Bothering You In Your Life.
With today's world problems such as; unemployment, insecurity, tribalism, racism, murder, con games etc... worrying has become a norm.Out of every 9 people in any given community, 6 or more are worrying about a certain problem in their lives every single hour.
This statistic is worrying because continuous worrying causes stress, anxiety, panic attacks and depression.
This means more people with mental health issues which is a dangerous phenomenon in the world.
A healthy mental state is everyone's basic need, If you must be productive and useful in the society.
When you worry too much, your brain overthinks, release more of cortisol hormones and other catecholamines which cause negative impacts in your body as well.
Signs That You Are Worrying Too Much
- Having a dominant nagging thought.
- Feeling unsettled
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Inability to concentrate
- Not able to think clearly- clouded judgement
- Feeling of anxiety
- Expression of a bothering issue.
If you have any of the above signs, then it's the right time to critically think how you are going to end it before it causes you more trouble.
How You Can Stop Worrying
Imagine you have this persistent problem that is causing you so much agony and anxiety. You do not know how you will solve it and cannot figure out anyone who can assist you.The first step is;
Recognize that 'yes' there is a problem but there is nothing you can do about it at the present moment;
This gives you some temporary relief and you can breath and think through clearly.Believe in a higher power;
This is one of the best ways you can use to stop worrying.
Do you believe in a higher power? Can be God, Allah, Buddha etc.. whatever you believe in.
Let known the problem to your higher power. Tell your higher power that you have this problem and you don't know how you can solve it.
Also mention that you would appreciate any clues or hints of how you can solve this problem.
I am a christian and a believer of Christ... personally I go into prayer, thanking Jesus for what I already have, then present my worry to Him as my higher power and with a believing heart, I end my prayer believing that it's going to be solved.
Next step after making your prayer is;
Letting go of the problem by not thinking about it.
Don't think if it's going to be answered or not, simply believe that you already have an answer and it will come to you.
From the Holy Bible, there is a certain time that Jesus was not able to perform any more signs and wonders to the people because of their unbelief. (Matt 13:58). Not that he didn't have the power, but the unbelief of the people prevented him.
You have to have faith for the miracle to happen in your life.
LOL! this is not preaching of some sort, I'm still the wellness girl _just sharing what really works.
Next step is;
Confiding in someone that you trust.
This will not only relieve you some burden, but can also help you see how serious or not serious the problem is. Remember a problem shared is a problem half solved.
Avoid telling everyone of your problems and only tell it to someone whom you completely trust. If you have no such friend, then let it just rest with God.
Next step;
Rest
Not merely physical rest but abstain from even thinking about the problem if at all you do not have any solution at the moment.Occupy your mind with other things and rely on God for clues and hints.
The sheep knows the shepherd's voice and when He speaks you will know outright.
You may get hints in form of ideas or just unexpected miracle.
For example;
You are looking for money to pay your house rent or else you risk being homeless. You may get this urge to call someone or post on Facebook and someone just volunteers to pay your rent or someone who owes you money decides to just pay up.
Miracles happen to people everyday. Keep checking for signs, clues and ideas so as not to miss them.
Practice meditation and relaxational yoga;
This will help you clear your mind and body as well as your mind wholly.
You can use guided meditation if you are not used to meditating alone. You can also check out yoga for relaxation purposes. They will help you a lot.

Finally; keep your faith in your higher power and keep believing harder and harder... eventually your answer will automatically come.
