I always advocate for taking healthy foods, those that you can afford.
Most of us consume unhealthy foods just because we are too lazy to prepare good foods, we simply opt for "takeaways" which are mostly fast foods.
Most fast foods are so bad for the bowels because they have no fiber, are over processed but the problem is that they are too delicious to give up.
You can eat this food once in a while but do not make it your everyday meal.
Make a habit of striving to eat home made meals because a simple home made meal is most unlikely to be unhealthy as compared to those takeaways.
